During the April Fair 2019, our apartments had the honor of being chosen by the booking portal

Booking.com Spain as the setting for the first Booking Experience in our country.

Therefore, our TorreHomenaje Historical Suites penthouse has been completely customized using

the traditional decorative elements of the Feria de Abril ( of Seville ) Sevillana, such as its

unmistakable lanterns, the majestic Portada, its colorful chairs and tables, in order to give life to a

unique and deeply flamenco stay ( to offer the pioneering experience of being able to sleep in a

fairground booth ).

For this purpose, more than 300 hand-painted castanets from Seville were installed in the master

bedroom and the headboard of the bed became the silhouette of a dancer whose gown was the

bedspread. This was custom-made. A wall of hand-painted Sevillian castanets was created. The

bathroom was covered with tiles inspired by Triana ceramics and the kitchen was filled with

cheerful polka dots and lanterns as if it were a real house. All enlivened with the traditional polka

dots, fans and tiles typical of Andalusian and flamenco culture.

Also, guests have been able to access an authentic stand of the Real de la Feria, mounted and

decorated on the terrace of the apartments, where they have been able to enjoy a glass of

manzanilla or rebujito, thus living a complete and very feriante experience.

Our apartments located in the Avenida de la Constitución were selected among all the Seville

accommodations, standing out for its unbeatable location in the heart of the Avenida de la

Constitución in Seville, its historical value, as they are attached to an emblematic building of

Seville, the Ab del Aziz Tower, forming the canvas of the Almohad wall part of all our apartments,

its incredible views of the Cathedral of Seville, the Giralda and the Archivo de Indias, its modern

design and the good ratings that guests have left.

Numerous national and international media echoed the news, including National Geographic

Travel, Diario de Sevilla, Hosteltur, Canalsur, The World of News or Magazine Of Travel, among

others, giving coverage at the presentation of the first Booking Experience in Spain, which was

attended by Pilar Crespo, Area Manager for Booking.com, Mireia Prieto,

Regional Director in Spain for Booking.com, and Ángelo González Carvalho, author of the design

of the April Fair Cover, who was able to see his design reflected on the main wall of the

apartment's living room.
